In an effort to continue to keep our practice and patients safe we are continuing the following procedures:
1) Telehealth: We are no longer able to provide this service to all patients due to changes in insurance coverage. You should contact the office and your insurance provider if you have questions regarding this.
2) Upon arrival to the office we ask that you call. Staff will ask general COVID-19 questions of potential exposure. This enables staff time to insure rooms are properly cleaned.
3) We continue to require that all patients wear a mask upon arrival. If you have been fully vaccinated, please provide verification at the front desk and you may remove your mask once in an exam room.
